Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund Requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as as described

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Sale and Clearance Items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping Items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to: 1330 Elderslie Road, Broadmarsh, Tasmania, Australia, 7030. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will refund shipping costs upon receiving the items.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Invercarron Wines PTY LTD. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and despatched within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All deliveries are sent via Australia Post. Normally delivery lead times are 5 – 7 days. Busy periods and remote areas may take longer.

All deliveries through Australia post are tracked when leaving an email address on your order and in accordance with Liquor Licencing Laws a signature is required with identification upon delivery. Wines can not be delivered to, ordered on behalf of, or accepted by person/s under the age of 18 years old.

Wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including post office boxes. If the person accepting the delivery is not there to sign when delivery is attempted and no further delivery instructions have been noted by the customer, Australia Post will leave an attempted delivery card in the letterbox directing you to collect your order at the local post office. All uncollected orders held by Australia Post after 7 days will be returned to Invercarron Wines PTY LTD, if you wish to have your order re-sent a delivery fee will apply.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
