By joining the Invercarron Wine Family Wine Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Orders

• I authorise Invercarron to debit my nominated credit card for the cost of my wine deliveries each scheduled order period.
• I understand that I will receive an email notification up to four weeks prior to dispatch, allowing time to update my wine selection if desired.

2. Membership Changes & Cancellations

• I understand that a minimum oftwo weeks’ noticeis required prior to dispatch should I wish tocancel,defer, ormake changesto my membership.
• Changes can be made by contacting Invercarron directly via email or phone.

3. Responsible Consumption

• The wines I purchase through the club are forpersonal consumption onlyand arenot for resaleby a licensed individual or business.
• Membership isonly available to residents within Australia.

4. Age Verification

• By joining, I confirm that I amof legal drinking age (18 years or older), in accordance with Australian law.

5. Member Benefits

• Wine Club discounts and exclusive offers are available to current members only.
• Discounts may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless specified.
• Membership benefits may only be redeemed upon verification of your membership details.

6. Minimum Commitment

• Membership requires aminimum 12-month commitment, which includestwo consecutive seasonal drops.
• Early cancellations before this period may result in forfeiture of any associated benefits or discounts received.
